Early Growth and Strategic Shifts
As the country began investing in scientific education and laboratory infrastructure, particularly to upgrade post-graduate programs, our early company successfully participated in numerous government tenders for scientific and laboratory equipment. This period marked our first deep engagement with scientific instrumentation and quality systems.
However, international sanctions imposed on our country later forced a shift in government priorities. As a result, we redirected our focus back to pharmaceutical distribution, establishing nationwide sales and distribution teams.
During this time, I also started to recognize a major gap in local healthcare capabilities. Many Myanmar patients were traveling abroad—primarily to Singapore—for advanced medical treatment. This led me to represent Parkway Hospitals Singapore, one of the region’s leading hospital groups, and to establish a medical and laboratory referral service connecting Myanmar patients with high-quality care overseas.

Nanova Founded
Established Nanova Co., Ltd to provide scientific, medical, and industrial infrastructure solutions. Built on partnerships with reputable international manufacturers.
Re-engagement and Renewed Focus

MOF Established
Founded Myanmar Organic Farm to address food safety at its origin. Started with 375 acres for organic cultivation and reforestation.

Nanova focused heavily on after-sales service, maintenance, and application training. International experts worked alongside our local teams, enabling full knowledge transfer.
SciSpec Founded
Created SciSpec Testing Services to address systemic weaknesses in food safety enforcement and laboratory accountability.
CBL Achieved
CBL achieved BSI ISO 9001:2015 certification, which remains valid today.
MOF Farm - A Place to Reconnect with Nature
MOF received national organic certification and has since grown into a trusted source of safe, organic produce. The farm also serves as a space for education, family visits, training programs, and reconnection with nature.
Resilience & Growth
Adapted through COVID-19 pandemic and political changes. Strengthened local capabilities and expanded services across all four companies.
Successful EHR Implementation Positions CBL's Healthcare Model for Expansion
CBL clinics were fully integrated with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, significantly improving workflow, patient care, and clinical coordination.
CBL is now ready to replicate its model in other major cities when conditions allow.
